It has been going on for years – the farmer’s market in downtown Chattanooga – but today was my first day to visit. I will definitely be going back.

These are some tomatoes that my wife will be using to make some fresh tomato sauce. They looked so good, I had to take a picture!

FYI – The tomatoes were grown at Signal Mountain Farm. Come check out their produce, along with many other vendors, at the Farmer’s market each Sunday afternoon. You’ll have a great time.

  1. If you like the market at the pavilion you will also like going to Crabtree Farms. They are a group that teaches urban students about farming. It’s a great community project and they just recently (in the last 6 or 7 years opened to the public) I’m adding the link for you to check them out.
