Making Choices

Often I hear elementary school teachers say, “Make good choices, children.”

When it comes to life, there are many alternatives to choosing God. Many who followed Jesus decided there were better options. It was their choice, and Jesus didn’t go chasing after them.

But then He asked Peter, “Will you also leave?” Peter replied, “Lord, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life.” – John 6:68

When you consider how things regularly turn out when we do it “our way,” why not do it God’s way?
